First grade was visited by the DuPage Children’s Museum Math in Action Learning Lab. The students explored math concepts through creative interactive learning experiences. Parent Mentors assisted the Museum Lab Specialists in working with first graders as they participated in the hands-on activities that reinforced math and social emotional skills.
